Welcome to SoapMH(tm) Version 1.1

NOTE: SoapMH requires WaitingRm.prc in order to run.  You can download
the WaitingRoom application (freeware) from www.ytechnology.com.

This distribution package should contain the following files:
SoapMHLite1_1.prc	Application used to track patient encounters.
sdlicense.txt		Legal stuff.
Readme.txt		This file.

SoapMHLite is identical to the commercial version except that it
can only store 25 patient sessions.  If you need to store more
than that, drop by our website for details about purchasing the
commercial version.  Complete documentation can be downloaded from
there as well: www.ytechnology.com

Installation Notes
------------------
Always Hotsync(R) to backup your data before installing new software.
If you are upgrading from an earlier version, do not delete it 
from your Palm device.  Doing so will erase your patient data.
Instead, just install over the existing application.


Changes made to SoapDish Mental Health Edition
----------------------------------------------
Version 1.1
- Support for Axis V.  GAF values can now be entered on the
  diagnostic screen. This value will appear in the session
  list as well as under ASSESSMENT in the generated narrative.

- Some applications lock the memo pad making it inaccessible
  to SoapMH.  This version makes a better effort a locating
  and opening the Memo Pad database.  If unable to, the program
  no longer resets the Palm device; rather it just issues a warning.  

- The subjective statement describing patient demographics has
  been moved to a "BIO" section in the narrative text.
