END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement refers to the applications WaitingRoom,
SoapMH, and SoapMH Lite and will be referred to collectively as
SoapDish(tm). You should read the following terms and conditions
before using SoapDish.  Your use of this software indicates your
acceptance of this license agreement and disclaimer of warranty.

SoapDish is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

SoapDish is licensed, not sold.

WAITINGROOM
For WaitingRoom, this license grants you the right to install
and use on as many handhelds running the Palm OS(R) as you wish.

SOAPMH LITE
For SoapMH Lite, this license grants you the right to install
and use on as many handhelds running the Palm OS(R) as you wish.
SoapMH Lite is limited to 25 combined patient sessions and finding
ways around this limitation violates this license agreement.

SOAPMH
For SoapMH, this license grants you the right to install
and use one copy on one handheld running the Palm OS(R).

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
SoapDish and its documentation are sold "AS IS" and without
warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other
warranties expressed or implied. Because of the various hardware
and software environments into which this program may be placed,
no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. The
user must assume the entire risk of the program. Any liability
of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement
or refund of purchase price.

DISTRIBUTION
Commercial distribution of SoapDish is not allowed without
permission from Y Technology, Inc. Contact Y Technology for
details on obtaining a license.

Non-commercial distribution is allowed only for the software
components WaitingRoom and SoapMH Lite.  The components may
be distributed separately, but they must be accompanied by
their respective readme files and this license agreement.


This license agreement is governed by the laws of the State of
New York, U.S.A.
